PowerBar 5Electrolytes är en uppfriskande törstsläckare med de fem viktigaste elektrolyterna (natrium, klorid, kalium, kalcium och magnesium). PowerBar 5Electrolytes-tabletter innehåller inget socker och inga kalorier. Recommended use: Preferably take 5Electrolytes for workouts up to 90 minutes that do not require the replenishment of carbohydrates, or that boost fat burning. Dissolve 1 tablet in a 500 ml sports bottle and consume 3 to 4 hours before exercise. During the remaining hours prior to performance, take 250 to 500 ml per hour. During the exercise itself, drink 500 ml of water with one 5Electrolytes tablet per hour.

Recommended dosage: Dissolve 1 tablet in a 500 ml sports bottle. It is recommended to take no more than 2 tablets per day. Once mixed with water, consume the product within 24 hours.

Warning: The PowerBar 5Electrolytes tablets in the flavours Pink Grapefruit and Lemon Tonic contain caffeine (75 mg per tablet) and are not recommended for children and pregnant women. This dietary supplement is not suitable for persons under 18 years of age. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
